Burpee Workout Notes: Why?
These are workout notes - they start from this post
I love my burpee workout so much that I do it every day. It’s the first thing I do before breakfast and if I sleep in or something, well, I still do the workout (as much as that interferes with my family’s breakfast plans.)
I gush about the workout to almost everyone I meet.
One day, I shared my workout with another athlete and they asked a question that floored me:
What’s your goal??

That is a fantastic question. At the beginning, the challenge was if I could even do the work out. The next part was if I could continue doing the workout everyday with my current lifestyle, balancing family and kids.
For me, those are the two big challenges around any workout routine.
This usually starts a downward spiral
