Burpee Workout Notes: 10% is 1000x Better than 0

It’s almost 60 straight days since I started my burpee workout and I realize that the best thing about the work out is I can scale it.
When I am not feeling well, injure myself, or even just forget - I would still workout.
Why?
Because I accept doing 10% of a workout is 1000x better than 0.
The problem I had with other workouts, they are binary. I do it all at full force or nothing.
When I injure myself, I do nothing for a workout. I don’t do any workout and I just am there wasting away.
How do you think I will feel the next time I try to work out again?
HARD.
I hate this hard feeling. I hate it so much that I want to push myself as fast as I can to 100% and most likely, on the way there injure myself again.
Creating a vicious cycle.
Adopt and accept a workout for yourself that you can still do less of. Make the workout scalable, because you will be different every day and giving 10% today is 1000x better than 0% tomorrow.
Don’t forget to exhale on exertion
