My Burpee Workout

This is my burpee workout that I do everyday to keep fit.

The workout is basically: do 10 burpees then an exercise to “cool down”, then repeat another 10 burpees.

Cool down exercises between burpees:

  • 10 side lunges
  • 10 plank taps
  • 10 squats
  • 10 spider lunges
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 bicycle crunches
  • 10 mountain climbers
  • 10 russian twists
  • 10 v-ups
  • 10 walk-outs

I love this workout because it’s high intensity, gets my cardio going, I can do it in my house regardless of weather, I can get it done quickly, and I can vary the intensity by doing more/fewer of each item or simpler/harder version of a burpee.

The only downside: I need to do this workout before food. I do it so intensely that if I have any food in my stomach, it won’t stay in my stomach. 🤢
