70-20-10 Model to Learning & Development
A recent training introduced me to another model for learning and development - 70-20-10. Which is:
- 70% of learning is through direct experience
- 20% of learning is through social interactions
- 10% of learning is through structured materials

This model helps me think about how to teach team members and also ask them how to validate their own learnings.
